Every December 27th Hockey Players get together to participate in the John Haight Memorial Tournament. This year we had 11 teams registered and lots of smiles were worn by all! The players showed tons of enthusiasm and a lot of skill. It was great fun watching these men and women playing the game they love!
The games started at 9 am and went until 7pm it was a fun filled day that involved lots of laughs, few rules and a huge dose of Healthy Competition!
This tournament could not have happened without Chris Buckell and Steve Jozin’s dedication in setting up the schedules and arranging the teams big Thanks goes out to the guys!! The teams also need a huge THANK-YOU we could not do this with out you!!
We were very fortunate to have Paula Provost (John Haight’s sister) donate a barbecue once again that we sold tickets on and Paula’s daughter Cassie drew the winning ticket for us.
